As President of the Executive Yuan, Y.S. Sun accelerated the development of Taiwan's technology and industry and started the impressive journey of the rapid growth of Taiwan's technology industry.

After coming to Taiwan to take part in electrical restoration work, Mr. Y.S. Sun worked his way up from chief engineer of Taipower to taking charge of the state-owned industry, and finally to the cabinet where he served as President of the Executive Yuan. Thanks to his vision, Taiwan developed its technology industry early, which was instrumental in its subsequent boom and the prosperous development of the overall economy.
Delta Electronics has grown to its current size of a global conglomerate by participating in and witnessing Mr. Y.S. Sun's remarkable journey at its helm. In memory of Mr. Y.S. Sun's lifelong contributions to Taiwan, Delta's founder Bruce Cheng invited Mr. Y.S. Sun, who was then a member of the Presidential Administration, to attend a concert to celebrate Delta's 30th anniversary titled "Long Time for a Nation". In addition, a documentary named "At the Helm during Rough Times - the Biography of Y.S. Sun was produced to pay tribute to this selfless politician.
Since 1996, Delta has also cooperated with the Y.S. Sun Foundation to establish a scholarship fund for public officials to study overseas, in the hope of broadening their horizons. Later, the Foundation also assisted in the restoration of Mr. Y.S. Sun's former residence as well as the renovation of accessible housing. In 2000, Bruce Cheng donated a lectureship fund to National Tsing Hua University, which at that time was called the "Y.S. Sun Chair in Science and Technology". Renowned scholars such as former President of Tsing Hua University, Dr. Frank Shu, and former President of National Chi Nan University, Dr. Richard Lee, have taken part in this lectureship. In 2007, Bruce Cheng donated a green building to National Cheng Kung University, from which he graduated, and named it "Y.S. K.T. Li

K.T. Li led Taiwan's industries through two economic transformations, creating an environment for Delta Electronics to grow and prosper.

With the macroscopic thinking of a scientist who sees both the big picture and the details and his perseverance in execution, Mr. K.T. Li led Taiwan's industries through two economic transformations. In addition, with his innovative mindset, he created an advanced financial system, integrated technocratic teams, and created a future for Taiwan’s industrial potential. During the global energy crisis Delta faced during its early years, the leadership of this honest and selfless leader created Taiwan's economic miracle, which in fact helped Delta flourish. In 2001, Delta’s founder, Bruce Cheng, invited Mr. K.T. Li, who was then a senior administrator of the Presidential Office, to attend Delta's 30th-anniversary concert titled "Long Time for a Nation". In the same year, Cheng donated the "K. T. Li Chair in Science, Technology and Humanities" to National Cheng Kung University. Outstanding figures such as the former President of National Tsing Hua University, Chung-Laung Liu, as well as Fred C. Lee, who teaches at Virginia Tech, former dean of National Health Research Institute, Cheng-Wen Wu, and former president of National Cheng Kung University, Michael M.C. Lai, have all been honored with the K. T. Li Chair.
In 2002, Delta produced a documentary named "The Race to the Top of the Financial World - K.T. Li" to fully capture Mr. K.T. Li's contributions to Taiwan. In 2005, Bruce Cheng donated a green building to National Central University, from which K.T. Li graduated, and named the building "K.T. Bruce C.H. Cheng

With his vision of "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow", Bruce C.H. Cheng is praised by the media as Taiwan's first CEO (Chief Environmental Officer).

Bruce C.H. Cheng is the founder and honorary chairman of Delta. He started the company in 1971 in Xinzhuang, Taipei, and has developed Delta into a global multinational corporation with his corporate mission to "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow" and his spirit of quality and innovation. Delta has been widely regarded as the representative firm or environment, social and corporate governance (ESG) and corporate social responsibility over the past decade. As a result of Cheng's love for energy conservation, and the natural environment, he has been praised by the media as Taiwan's first CEO (Chief Environmental Officer).

Eying Hsieh

Together with Bruce Cheng, Eying Hsieh has been the driving force behind Delta's success as well as the backbone of the Cheng family.

As the wife of Delta's founder, Mrs. Eying Hsieh worked with Mr. Bruce Cheng in Delta's early days, and together they overcame many difficulties and challenges. In addition to being the driving force behind Delta's success, Mrs. Eying Hsieh is also the backbone of the Cheng family. If not for her, Mr. Cheng would not have been able to work without fear and enable Delta to grasp opportunities during its different stages of development.

Fred C. Lee

Fred C. Lee headed the establishment of Delta's Power Electronics R&D Center, which has become an important base for Delta's innovative technologies.

Prof. Fred C. Lee is an overseas academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a member of the National Academy of Engineering, and an honorary professor of Virginia Tech. He has made outstanding achievements in the field of high-frequency power conversion and power electronic systems. The soft switching technology and multi-phase voltage regulation module technology that he invented have become the core technology of modern power electronics and have been widely adopted worldwide. Under the guidance of Professor Lee, the Delta Power Electronics Center (DPEC) was established in 1999. Now, it is one of Delta's most important bases for innovative technologies. Professor Lee has also actively promoted academic exchanges and technological cooperation between the electrical engineering communities on both sides of the Taiwan strait and internationally. In 2000, he participated in the initiation and establishment of the Delta Power Electronics Technology Development Project and the China-Delta Scholars Program, through which he effectively promoted innovative research and talent cultivation in power electronics in Chinese universities, and he has had a profound impact on the field of power electronics in China and the world.

Yi-Chiang Lo

Yi-Chiang Lo served as Delta's independent director, where he emphasized responsible management and contributed to Delta's long-term strategic planning and other innovative practices.

Mr. Yi-Chiang Lo was President of Philips Taiwan and Chairman of Philips Components International B.V., and later became an independent director of Delta Electronics and Delta Foundation (2002-2012). At Delta, Mr. Lo emphasized the spirit of organizational division of labor and delegation of responsibility and established multiple innovative practices such as the concept of long-term strategic planning and quality diagnosis, to help Delta lay a solid foundation for future development. Mr. Lo was very concerned with environmental issues. In 2005, he proposed the establishment of the Delta Netherlands Scholarship, helping many young people fulfill their dreams of studying abroad by selecting talent to study environmental issues in the Netherlands. Mr. Lo subsequently led the Delta Foundation to establish the Delta/Chevening Environmental Scholarship and the Delta Corporate Environmental Ethics Grant. To date, Delta has trained more than 100 outstanding doctoral and master's degree candidates, who have gone on to make an impact in many different professions.

Amory Lovins

Amory Lovins' book "Natural Capitalism" has inspired Delta's green building promotion and practice.

In 2002, Delta's founder, Bruce Cheng, was greatly influenced by the book Natural Capitalism, which spurred him to aim towards effective use of natural resources to achieve a balanced development of industry and ecology. The author of this book was Dr. Amory Lovins, the founder of the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI). Ever since the 1970s, Lovins has been advocating the idea of making businesses more profitable by improving the efficiency of natural resource use. In 2005, Cheng invited Delta's senior executives to visit the green buildings mentioned in Lovins' book in Germany, the United States and Thailand, and to meet with Dr. Lovins in Colorado, after which he decided that all new plants within the Delta Group would be designed with green building guidelines in mind. In 2006, the Delta Foundation invited Dr. Lovins to Taiwan to present a forum on "Natural Capital: Awakening and Opportunity in the 21st Century". In the same year, the Delta Foundation also donated a Green Capitalism Course to the School of Management of National Taiwan University, and invited Dr. Lovins to teach online in peson. By 2021, Delta has built and donated more than 30 green buildings.

James Ng

James Ng was appointed as CEO and is currently Chairman of Delta’s Thai subsidiary, leading the company's growth and expansion, as well as the establishment of the product design and the development department.

Prior to joining Delta, James Ng worked as a general manager in a foreign TV manufacturing company and has extensive leadership experience in related professional fields. In 1990, he joined Delta and has served as the president and chairman of Delta Electronics (Thailand), a subsidiary of Delta. In between, he also served as President of Delta Electronics from 2000 to 2003. Under Mr. James Ng's leadership, Delta Electronics (Thailand) went public in Thailand, expanded its operations from one plant to six, and grew significantly in revenue, assets, and employees. Mr. James Ng also led the establishment of the company's product design and development department and directed the successful acquisition of the team of Ascom Energy Systems AG in Switzerland, strengthening Delta's position as a leader in the power supply sector.

Mike Wang

Mike Wang joined Delta in the 1980s, and was mainly responsible for US customers, laying the foundation for Delta's power supply market.

In his early years, Mike Wang worked for RCA and joined Delta in the 1980s as an engineering manager in the Chungli plant where he designed and developed switching power supplies, focusing mainly on the US market. Mr. Wang's outstanding engineering ability and persistent attitude in solving customers' problems have made him highly valued by Delta's founder, Bruce Cheng, and the two established a great friendship. With this spirit, Cheng laid the foundation of the power supply market, and Delta has gradually expanded with the growth of the PC market.

Mei-Hua Hsu

Mei-Hua Hsu was one of Delta's key employees in the early stages of its development, who is fast, efficient, and a woman of her word.

In Delta's early days, when things were much harder, Mei-Hua Hsu, who came from a farming family, demonstrated her excellent learning ability and was able to produce samples quickly and efficiently. Sometimes, when even Bruce Cheng did not dare to accept a customer's short deadline, Mrs. Mei-Hua Hsu would step in to agree, and always made good on her promises. At that time, the supervisor of Tatung Company, the largest customer at the time, was full of praise for her work attitude.

Takeshi Miwa

Due to the management philosophy of "developing technologies to improve people's lives", Takeshi Miwa transferred his company's proprietary thin-film technology to Delta after a fateful meeting with Bruce Cheng.

Takeshi Miwa is the founder of Susumu. In the late 1980s, Delta wanted to invest in thin-film technology and sent staff to the US to learn more. Later, Bruce Cheng met Mr. Miwa during an inspection trip. When it comes to his company Susumu, Miwa, a self-proclaimed "R&D guy but not much of a businessman", has a business philosophy of "developing technologies to improve people's lives". In addition, he insists on making only original technology. This mindset made for an immediate match between Mr. Cheng and Steven Liu, who was the project manager at that time, and the three of them hit it off right away. Miwa held Delta's manufacturing capabilities in high regard and transferred the proprietary thin-film technology of his company to Delta. Later, in 1990, when he founded a joint venture with Delta, he offered to not hold any shares of this technology, which is extremely admirable.

Chintay Shih

Chintay Shih worked as a technology advisor for Delta and provided valuable advice on Delta's technology innovation development strategy.

As the President of ITRI, Dr. Chintay Shih helped transfer technology to the industrial sector, from which Delta benefited greatly. Later, he served as Delta's technology advisor and participated in technology forums such as the Technology Advisory Board (TAB) meeting and the DEPC Seminar for a long time, providing valuable advice on Delta's technology innovation development strategy.
Dr. Chintay Shih's extensive experience in technology management and R&D has been dedicated to the improvement of the domestic industry. Prior, he was the President of the ITRI, dean of the College of Technology Management of National Tsing Hua University, and the Chairman of the Institute for Information Industry. In 1992, he was awarded Fellow by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for his outstanding achievements in IC development and management.

Nigel N.T. Li

Nigel N.T. Li established the "China-Delta Environmental Law Scholars Program" to attract outstanding scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait to make contributions to the teaching and research of environmental law and to offer advice and suggestions on environmental protection.

Nigel N. T. Li has long been concerned with issues related to environmental law. In 2011, he proposed to Bruce Cheng the establishment of the "China-Delta Environmental Law Scholars Program", in which he would work closely with 10 major universities on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, including Peking University and National Taiwan University, to select and award outstanding scholars, and to provide funding for graduate students to engage in environmental law research. This program includes an annual "China-Delta Environmental Law Forum", which is an academic seminar discussing environmental resources and energy law as well as an important part of the China-Delta Environmental Law Scholars Program. Li is also a member of the project's planning committee and participates in the selection of outstanding scholars every year. Over the years, he has helped Delta to facilitate more outstanding scholarships from both sides of the Strait to contribute to the teaching and research of environmental law, and to offer advice and suggestions on environmental protection.

Hsien-Te Lin

Hsien-Te Lin promoted the implementation of green building concepts, which matched Delta's vision, and together they planned Delta's first green building, the Tainan plant.

In 2003, Delta invited Prof. Hsien-Te Lin of the Department of Architecture of National Cheng Kung University, an authoritative scholar on green building standards in Taiwan, to speak at Delta. Prof. Hsien-Te Lin discussed the concept of green buildings with Bruce Cheng, and they were both convinced that green buildings did not require large amounts of money to build. Later, they decided to build Taiwan's first "green factory", after which Lin planned and created Delta's first green building, the Delta Tainan Plant. Delta later initiated and established the "Taiwan Green Factory Label" together with Professor Lin.
In 2007, Prof. Hsien-Te Lin planned to build Taiwan's first zero-carbon building for National Cheng Kung University. Mr. Cheng decided to fund this project and named it the "Y.S. Sun Green Research Building". After its completion, it was praised by the "Godfather of Green”, Jerry Yudelson, as the greenest green building on the planet, with the energy consumption of this building being optimized every year. In 2021, the sixth research report (AR6) published by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) also includes a study on global low-energy buildings which was co-authored by the Delta Foundation and the Vice-President of the IPCC Working Group III, Y.S. Sun. The building has also been selected as a model for the Building Energy Passport, setting an example for the next generation of zero-carbon building standards.

Victor Zue

As a technology advisor to Delta, Victor Zue provides advice on Delta's technology innovation development strategy that is different from the industry's perspective.

In 1997, Victor Zue met Bruce Cheng, and they have worked together ever since. As a technology advisor to Delta, Victor Zue has been participating in TAB (Technology Advisory Board) meetings for a long time. From an academic perspective, he provides advice on Delta's technology innovation development strategy that is different from the industry's perspective. He has helped Delta participate in Project Oxygen, a project initiated by the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, to develop a new generation of humanized computing technology that includes speech recognition.
At MIT, Dr. Zue is a professor of electrical engineering and computer science and the director of the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab. In 2008, he was elected as a member of Academia Sinica. In 2015, he was elected as a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) for his outstanding contributions to computational spoken language, language understanding, phonetics, and enhanced information engineering, as well as for his outstanding research in human language technology, including phonetics, phonology, and speech recognition.

Stan Shih

Stan Shih selflessly shared his successful experiences of brand management to accelerate Delta's brand development.

Stan Shih was the founder and honorary chairman of Acer Inc. In 1976, he founded Acer, and in 1981, under his own brand name, Multitech (later renamed Acer), he launched the Micro-Professor MPF-I training kit, which was Acer's most iconic product in the early stage of its development and the starting point of its own branding. Delta came in contact with Acer through its production of the training kits and continued to provide power supplies to Acer, resulting in a close partnership.
In 2009, when Delta decided to develop its brand, Mr. Stan Shih suggested a brand positioning to Bruce Cheng for Delta to consider. Afterward, he was invited to come to Delta to teach all first-level executives what "branding" is. His selfless mindset in sharing his experience and knowledge has made Delta's transformation process smoother and faster.

Ho-Ming Huang

Ho-Ming Huang introduced Hewlett-Packard's strategic planning consultant to Delta, helping Delta to start focusing on long-term strategic planning.

Ho-Ming Huang joined Hewlett-Packard Taiwan in 1977. He started his career as an engineer and gradually rose to become the president and chairman of the Board of Directors of HP Taiwan, serving for 23 years in total. During this time, in addition to his business relationship with Delta, he also showed his appreciation toward Delta by recommending a consultant in charge of the "10-Step Business Plan Process" at HP Headquarters in the U.S. to come to Taiwan in the mid-'90s to help Delta's executives conduct a Strategy Plan training course, which was the beginning of Delta's annual strategy planning. In the future, Delta will most likely consider its five-year and ten-year strategy plans as important tools for operational development, with Mr. Ho-Ming Huang being an important driving force. Chung-Hsing Huang

Chung-Hsing Huang has participated in Delta's global strategy meetings for a long time, and created in-house business management courses to provide the management team and senior executives with perspectives on the latest corporate management guidelines and international trends.

Professor Chung-Hsing Huang has a Ph.D. in business management from the University of Texas at Austin and was Vice President of the College of Management of National Taiwan University as well as Executive Director of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). His field of research includes service industry management, corporate decision making, and performance and quality assessment.
From 2003 to 2012, he was a supervisor at Delta Electronics, and in 2012 he became a director. During his time as a supervisor, he has overseen the implementation of Delta's business operations, and laid the foundation for its corporate governance. Prof. Huang has participated in Delta's global strategy meetings for a long time and created in-house business management courses such as "Innovation and Change Management" and "Management by Others - Challenges and Responses under the Financial Crisis". With his extensive knowledge in the field, he provides management teams and senior executives with perspectives on the latest corporate management guidelines and international trends.

Chung-Laung Liu

Chung-Laung Liu is deeply committed to higher education in Taiwan and has long been involved in environmental and public welfare activities related to Delta and the Delta Foundation, providing extensive guidance with his scholarly demeanor.

Chung-Laung Liu was Bruce Cheng's classmate, both having attended the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University. Bruce Cheng has long admired his senior classmate and is very impressed by his dedication to higher education in Taiwan. In 1998, Bruce Cheng took the initiative to contact Chung-Laung Liu, the president of National Tsing Hua University at that time, and expressed his desire to give back to their university in order to encourage more teachers to pursue academic excellence. Later, at president Liu's suggestion, a chair was established at National Tsing Hua University, which they decided to name after Y.S. Sun in honor of his contributions to Taiwan. In 2007, Bruce Cheng also donated the Delta House, a green building he created together with President Chung-Laung Liu.
President Chung-Laung Liu has also long been involved in environmental and public service activities with Delta and the Delta Foundation. From the Electricity and Electronics Forum in Wujiang, to the Green Building Forum held at the Grand Palais during the Paris Agreement negotiations, to the public exhibition "Water with Life" held at Sun Moon Lake, and the 8K exhibition at the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo, President Liu has always been exemplary, and has given a lot of support to the Delta Foundation.

Milan M. Jovanović

Milan M. Jovanović Led Delta's cutting-edge power electronics research lab, being committed to designing smaller, lighter and more efficient power supplies.

Milan Jovanović joined Delta Electronics (Americas) Ltd. in August 1991, and was the R&D director of the Delta Power Electronics Lab (DPEL) in Virginia from 1991 to 1998. From 1998 to 2008, he served as vice president of R&D at the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. Since 2008, Jovanović has been serving as senior vice president of R&D and was also the chief technology officer of Delta PSBG from 2004 to 2016.
For more than 40 years, Jovanović has been innovating power supplies for information and communications equipment that are smaller, lighter and more efficient, and holds more than 50 U.S. patents. In 2001, he was elected as an IEEE Fellow for his "Outstanding contributions to high-frequency power conversion technology". In addition, in 2015, he was elected to the National Academy of Engineering for "Improving AC-DC Power Efficiency in Information Technology Systems". Following the excellent reputation Jovanović built for DPEL worldwide over 27 years at Delta, in October 2018, DPEL was renamed to Dr. Milan M. Jovanović Power Electronics Lab.

Yancey Hai

Yancey Hai joined Delta as a professional manager and was responsible for the long-term strategic direction of the company and actively strengthened governance and board operations, leading Delta to reach a market value of NT$800 billion.

In 1999, Mr. Yancey Hai joined Delta, transitioning from the financial industry to the technology industry. In 2004, he served as vice chairman and CEO. Since his was elected chairman in 2012, he has been responsible for reviewing Delta's long-term strategic direction while actively strengthening the corporate governance and Board of Directors' operational functions. Under Mr. Yancey Hai's leadership, Delta has managed to greatly enhance its business mission of "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow" and provides customers with a wide range of green energy technologies and energy management solutions. In addition, his outstanding leadership has been recognized internationally. In 2010, he received the "China's Best Business Leader" award by CNBC and China Business Network (CBN) as well as CNBC's "Best Innovation Leader in Asia" award. In 2012, he was selected as the "Best CEO" in Greater China by IR Magazine. Then, in 2013, he again received CNBC's "Asia Talent Management Award", making him the only Taiwanese person to receive the CNBC Asia Business Leader Award twice.

Mark Ko

Mark Ko is Delta’s current vice chairma. During his time as president of its Power Systems Business Group, Delta's business revenue grew by over 30% annually.

Mark Ko has worked in the foreign electronics industry for many years. He joined Delta in 1988 as a purchasing manager and was later promoted to director of Quality Assurance and Plant Manager. In 1994, he became president of Delta's Power Systems Business Group. Thanks to his leadership and global strategic planning, Delta's business revenue grew by over 30% annually, establishing Delta as a global leader in the power supply industry. In 2004, Mr. Ko became Delta's president and chief operating officer and was responsible for global operations and management, R&D, manufacturing, and quality control processes. Since 2012, he works as Delta's vice chairman and is responsible for managing affiliated companies, leading the integration of technologies and products across business groups and providing solutions to various issues.

Simon Chang

As the current chief operating officer, Simon Chang is deeply involved in the field of automation and has built up Delta's strength in the field of intelligent manufacturing with continuous innovation.

Simon Chang joined Delta in 1981 as a product design engineer and served as the manager of the engineering department and the manager of the material department. In 1995, Delta established the Electrical and Mechanical Business Unit, of which Chang became director and later on general manager. He started by leading an R&D team to develop inverters, after which he worked on automation, motion, control, sensing, and visual testing for over 20 years. In addition, he developed "smart manufacturing" related products such as industrial robots, cloud platforms, graphic control software, energy monitoring systems, and equipment data acquisition platforms to provide efficient and integrated solutions for global customers and move towards green and smart manufacturing. Since 2018, he has been serving as Delta's president and COO. In addition, since 2010, he has won many awards, including "Most Important Leading Automation Company in China", "Most Important Leader in China", and China's "Management Award". In addition, he has been honored as one of the "Top Ten Industrial Automation People of the Year" four times.

Ping Cheng

As Delta's CEO, Ping Cheng led its organizational restructuring and deepened its operational efficiency by focusing on the three new business areas of "Power & Components", "Automation" and "Infrastructure".

Mr. Ping Cheng joined Delta in 1988 and served as the head of the manufacturing and materials departments. In 1996, he was assigned to Delta Electronics Thailand, Delta's affiliated company, as a components manager. In 1997, he was transferred to another affiliated company, Delta Technology, as plant manager. From 1998 to 2008, he served as deputy general manager of the Component Business Group of Delta China and executive vice president of the China Region. In 2008, he became senior vice president and general manager of the Power Supply Business Group and was responsible for the global business operations of Delta's power systems products. In 2010, he became corporate senior vice president as well as the president of the China Region, and was in charge of Delta's corporate branding, business promotion and product development in China. Since 2012, he has served as Delta's CEO, leading Delta's overall organizational operations and investment development plans. He led Delta's organizational restructuring, with "Power & Components", "Automation" and "Infrastructure" as the three new business areas, which were further divided into eight major business groups to deepen the company's operational integration.

Wilson Huang

Wilson Huang led Delta's Fans and Thermal Management business group to provide optimal service and constantly innovate products to achieve industry leadership.

Mr. Wilson Huang joined Delta in 1982. Due to his diligent and responsible work attitude, he has soon been promoted to the R&D supervisor. In 1998, he became director of the Precision Machinery division, in 2002 became the Deputy General Manager of the Fan and Precision Machinery division, and in 2008 became vice president and general manager of the Fans and Thermal Management business group. Mr. Huang is responsible for cooling fans and modules for industrial and consumer products, and in 2010 he also became involved in the construction industry to improve indoor air quality.<br>Mr. Wilson Huang has always been dedicated to customer requirements and has been highly praised by consumers. In management, he leads his team by example, leading them to grow, develop and innovate. His team also strives to develop Delta's own technology and patents, and has been recognized by Delta's Innovation Award many times, allowing Delta fans to achieve a leading position in the industry.

CH Ko

As general manager of Delta Electronics Japan and Delta Northeast Asia, CH Ko has led Delta's Northeast Asia team to develop from its beginning and developed local businesses.

Mr. CH Ko joined Delta in 1986 as the vice president of the Materials Department and was appointed as the director of the Tokyo Office in 1990. Since 1991, he has been the general manager of Delta Electronics Japan and Delta Northeast Asia, leading Delta's Northeast Asia team from scratch, and developing local businesses. From 2004 to 2009, he also served as the general manager of the Video Display Business Unit.
Mr. Ko is committed to linking Delta's product technologies with the infrastructure needs of Northeast Asian cities to provide solutions that meet customer needs. In 2016, Delta built the world's first self-operated solar power plant, the Ako Energy Park, in Ako, Japan, to realize a decentralized power grid. In 2020, Delta worked with Idemitsu Kosan to build the EV Charging Station Yokohama, integrating microgrid applications and smart energy management. In addition, Delta has been selected as the disaster emergency response partner of Yokohama City, allowing Delta to put its smart sustainability philosophy into practice.

Victor Cheng

Victor Cheng leads Delta’s ICT Business Group, providing energy-efficient and next-generation ICT infrastructure solutions to leading companies around the world.

Mr. Victor Cheng joined Delta in 1993 as director of International Sales in the Video Display Business Unit as well as vice president. Between 1999 and 2002, he served as president of the Video Display Business Unit, as president and chairman of Delta Technology between 2002 and 2019, and as president of Delta's Power Systems Business Group from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, Mr. Victor Cheng has served as senior vice president and general manager of the ICT Infrastructure Business Group, and is responsible for the data center, as well as networking equipment-related products and solutions business development. By doing so, he leads the development of energy-efficient information and communications infrastructure solutions to leading global enterprises and works towards expanding into 5G and next-generation ICT applications.

Steven Liu

In Delta's early days, Steven Liu established a competitive advantage for Delta and Cyntec with automation and passive component design, and in recent years, he has promoted smart grid storage-related applications, opening up new opportunities for Delta.

Steven Liu, Delta's senior vice president and chairman of the Board of Directors of Cyntec, joined the Company in the 1970s. With the experience of being factory manager and head of the automation department, he is familiar with automation equipment and passive component design. Over the years, he has been actively involved in designing and building efficient and demand-compliant production lines and has created an excellent competitive advantage for Delta and Cyntec.
Mr. Liu prides himself on making Cyntec the role of a trendsetter in the miniaturization of electronic components. In addition to providing highly integrated miniature components to world-class manufacturers, he also enhances technical capabilities through continuous innovation and R&D and synergizes them with Delta's overall product portfolio. In recent years, he has been actively integrating Delta's energy-saving technologies to promote energy storage system solutions combined with smart-grid-related applications, in order to fully utilize renewable energy while maintaining grid stability and opening up business opportunities for Delta.

JJ Chang

JJ Chang led the power systems business to obtain the world's largest market share for notebook power supplies, and now leads the global operations of smart-grid-related solutions.

Mr. JJ Chang joined Delta Electronics in 1989 and has served in the quality control department, notebook computer engineering department, and mobile power system business group for more than 30 years. Under his leadership, Delta's power systems business has obtained the world's largest market share for notebook power supplies as well as the largest power supply for gaming consoles, and the revenue from portable power supplies reached USD 1 billion. At the same time, he upheld Delta's management philosophy of "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow," and managed to develop the world's smallest power supply for notebook computers. In addition, he has branched out into medical technology and established a team to develop the first micro-CT equipment in Taiwan. Since 2019, he is the president of Delta's Energy Infrastructure and Industrial Solutions Business Group and is responsible for the global operations of Delta's renewable energy, microgrid, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and smart grid communication improvements.

Dick Hsieh

Dick Hsieh has been instrumental in developing Delta's presence in Thailand and China, and has made significant contributions to Delta's operational performance in China and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Dick Hsieh joined Delta in 1978 and has since moved to Thailand and China to expand Delta's business. Between 2003 and 2016, Mr. Hsieh served as executive vice president of Delta Electronics China, and from 2013 to 2019, he served as president of Delta Electronics Thailand (DET) and general manager of Delta's Southeast Asia and India (SEA+) region, contributing to Delta's operational performance in China and Southeast Asia.
Under Mr. Hsieh's leadership, DET, a listed company in Thailand, has received numerous corporate awards from the Thai government and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand, including the Corporate Management Excellence Award, the Top Corporate Brand Values Award, and the Corporate Excellence Award. Most notably, Hsieh managed to increase Delta's market share in the Indian telecommunication power supply market to over 60%. During his time in mainland China, Delta's three major business areas have grown rapidly and steadily. At the same time, he has been committed to nurturing talented people and developing innovative technologies and applications, laying the foundation for Delta's long-term competitiveness in various industries, and was selected by Manager Today as the 2014 MVP Manager.

Meng-Hsiung Chen

During Meng-Hsiung Chen's time as president, Delta's revenue grew from US$20 million to US$2 billion, laying the foundation for Delta to become a large multinational corporation.

From 1985 to 2002, Mr. Meng-Hsiung Chen served as Delta's general manager/president, striving for progress in internal management and business strategies to maintain the company's growth. In addition to actively building factories in Taoyuan, Chungli, and Dongguan, Chen has been constantly introducing new power supply components and networking devices, while insisting on high quality and functionality to meet the needs of customers, which has been highly praised. During his time as Delta's president, Delta's revenue grew from US$20 million to US$2 billion, driven by the significant growth in power supply sales, laying the foundation for Delta's development into a large multinational corporation.
In 2002, Mr. Chen was promoted to vice chairman of Delta, where he was also responsible for expanding Delta's business opportunities in North America and served on the Board of Directors of the Delta Electronics Foundation.

Andrew Lee

Andrew Lee has been actively developing overseas business with great dedication, paying attention to details in each stage of the production process.

Mr. Andrew Lee joined Delta in 1978. From Delta's early days, he has been dedicated to helping customers, participating in Delta's growth and internationalization. Mr. Lee has held the positions of Business Manager, vice president of Sales and executive vice president. He has led his team to develop overseas business with the spirit of "practicality, quality, speed, and cooperation", and has set strict quality standards for international customers. In addition, he pays attention to details in each stage of the production process and is able to respond to customers quickly.
Mr. Lee was formerly the President of a reinvestment business for Delta, where he actively developed new technologies to expand future businesses, combining his strengths in production automation and business promotion to extend his core technologies to include the development and production of products such as environmentally friendly batteries. In addition, he also served on the Board of Directors of Delta Electronics Foundation.

Roger Chu

As the CFO, Roger Chu has been able to bring Delta's culture to the grassroots and provide professional financial solutions, helping Delta to stay afloat in the rapidly changing business environment.

Since 1988, Mr. Roger Chu has served at Delta Electronics (Thailand), a subsidiary of Delta, as a member of the Audit Committee as well as a member and director of the Compensation Committee. He also worked at Delta’s Finance Department as senior vice president and CFO from 1985 to 2013. During his time as CFO, Mr. Roger Chu has been committed to bringing Delta's culture to the grassroots level and providing professional financial solutions to serve shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the Company.

Johnson Lee

As a leader of the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system, Johnson Lee built a foundation to integrate Delta's global business, material, manufacturing, and financial system.

Mr. Johnson Lee joined Delta in 1985 and served as purchasing manager and general manager of Materials. He also led the SAP ERP system and built the foundation for Delta's global business, materials, manufacturing, and financial system integration. In 2004, he was promoted to general manager of the Power Supply Business Group. Under his leadership, the power supply business has quadrupled in revenue and contributed to Delta's development and leading position in the global power supply industry. From 2012 to 2018, Mr. Lee served as president and COO, leading the business unit to set global operational goals and strategies and directing regional business development to achieve Delta's business objectives.

Albert Chang

Albert Chang expanded Delta's telecom power business and laid a long-term foundation for Delta's global expansion from the traditional power supply business into telecom infrastructure.

Albert Chang joined Delta in 1983 and served as president of the Power Systems Business Group before being promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Chang expanded the telecom power business. He wasinvolved in the M&A steering committee of Ascom Energy Systems, and also responsible for the integration of Delta Energy Systems, a subsidiary company, into Delta's multinational operations and management, thus, laying a long-term foundation for Delta's global expansion from the power supply into the telecom infrastructure field. He has been a board member of Delta from 2009 to 2021, and since 2012 he also serves as a board member of the Delta Electronics Foundation, concerning himself mostly with environmental and rural development issues.

Mel Yuan

Mel Yuan worked for Delta for over 30 years. During his time as VP of technology of Delta, he seeked new business opportunities by combining innovative R&D with business management.

Mr. Mel Yuan joined Delta in 1978 and worked for the company for over 30 years. Initially, Mr. Yuan was responsible for product design and development. In 1986, he became plant manager at Liu-Du Industrial Park, and then held the positions of general manager, VP of Technology. During his time as VP of Technology, he continued to seek new business opportunities by combining innovative R&D and management.
At the end of 2004, Delta established a subsidiary, DelSolar, in Hsinchu Science Park, which aimed to develop and manufacture high-quality solar cells, modules and system products. Between 2005 and 2011, Yuan served as the general manager of DelSolar.

Stronger Wang

Stronger Wang helped establish Delta’s factories in Thailand. He served as plant manager, general manager, and vice chairman of the board, not only laying the foundation for Delta's globalization, but also helping Delta to fulfill its corporate social responsibility.

Mr. Stronger Wang joined Delta in 1987, and with his rich experience in overseas plant establishment, product and equipment transfer and government investment incentives, he was assigned to set up a plant in Thailand in the late 1980s, overseeing it from its meager beginnings, and helped Delta Electronics Thailand (DET) to become the largest listed company in Thailand. Wang has been actively involved in the global market, and his business performance has been well recognized in both political and business circles. For many years, DET has been ranked among the top 50 performing companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
At DET, Mr. Wang served as plant manager, general manager, vice president/senior vice president and vice chairman. As the company moves towards globalization, he has been committed to creating a friendly working environment, cultivating human resources and participating in society. In addition to strengthening employee care and training, and deepening cooperation between industry and academia, he also provides educational resources for impoverished students in the remote Chiang Rai region of Thailand, and provides scholarships to overseas universities, thus fulfilling his corporate social responsibilities and giving back to society.

TS Chen

TS Chen has led the Construction Division in finding quality construction contractors for each of Delta's plants for over 40 years and has been the hero behind Delta's plants by strictly controlling construction materials and project quality.

Mr. TS Chen joined Delta in 1978. After graduating with a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, he was given the task of building a new plant when he joined the company and now serves as the general manager of the Construction Division. For more than 40 years, under his leadership, the Construction Division has strived for excellence, searching for quality construction contractors for each of Delta's buildings, and strictly controlling the construction materials and project quality. The construction of Delta's major plants around the world has all been planned by Mr. Chen. With his meticulous professionalism as an engineer, he keeps a strict eye on each building to ensure his projects retain their high according to his high standards and strict requirements, making him the hero behind the construction of Delta's plants.

Jack Tsang

In spite of the difficult location, Jack Tsang managed to establish a production line operation model and laid the foundation for the Dongguan factory, and has continued to innovate and make changes to achieve high growth and profitability.

In the early 1990s, Jack Tsang, formerly Delta's vice pDelta China, took on the responsibility of setting up Delta's plant in China and went to Shijie, Dongguan. He led his team to overcome the suboptimal location and established the foundation of the Dongguan factory step by step, starting with the establishment of the production line operation model. In just two and a half years after the Dongguan plant was built, its output value exceeded Delta's total revenue over 1997.
During the 30 years, Mr. Tsang not only participated in the leapfrog growth of Delta's Dongguan plant, but also witnessed Shijie's rapid development into a modern city as well as the rapid development of industries in mainland China as a whole. During this period, he also worked with Mr. Ping Cheng, the then regional general manager, to implement system reforms such as the TQIP (Total Quality Improvement Process) at the plant, which enabled the plant to effectively increase productivity and reduce costs, thus achieving high growth and profitability. The solid foundation laid by Mr. Tsang during the reform period as well as the excellent talents he cultivated have been key factors in Delta's success in mainland China.

CH Luo

By emphasizing that employees are a company's important resources and assets, CH Luo has successfully exported Delta's human resources management model, corporate culture and business philosophy to overseas regions.

After joining Delta, Mr. CH Luo worked in the Human Resources Department at Delta headquarters. In the 1990s, he moved to mainland China to participate in the construction and development of the Wujiang plant, where he served as the executive director of the Wujiang plant and the Vice President of the China region. With the establishment of different factories, affiliates and overseas subsidiaries, Mr. Luo successfully exported Delta's HR management model, corporate culture and business philosophy to overseas regions.
During his time as Executive Vice President of the Mainland China region, Mr. Luo has devoted himself to improving cooperation between the government, universities, and enterprises, as well as the cultivation of talents in R&D, production, and marketing. In addition, he also emphasizes the importance of maintaining the relationship between employers and employees, stressing that employees are a company's important resources and assets, thereby creating a profitable future for both Delta and its employees.

JT Hsu

With a strong memory and great integrity, JT Hsu has been in charge of Delta's procurement business for 40 years.

Mrs. JT Hsu has an impressive memory and can easily remember any number. When Delta was still in its infancy, she was the manager of general affairs, while also being in charge of HR. After taking a professional accounting course at the request of Delta's founder, Bruce Cheng, she took charge of Delta's procurement business. Hsu has been in procurement for 40 years, an area that is prone to change, with the highest level of integrity, making her a well-known representative of Delta's suppliers.

Raymond Hsu

Raymond Hsu joined Delta at the age of 19 and worked his way up from junior engineer to plant supervisor and plant manager. In the end, he was promoted to general manager of the Components Business Group.

At the young age of 19, Mr. Hsu came from Hsinchu to join Delta to just give it a try. With his diligent spirit, he worked his way up from junior engineer to plant supervisor and plant manager, and eventually became general manager of the components business group. On top of this, Hsu was the first recipient of Delta's internal scholarship system. He also trained many excellent professional managers for Delta. One of his most frequent remarks is, "I joined a good company, learned from a good boss and have a good group of partners." These three "goods" are the driving force behind Delta's growth and are Delta's most valuable cultural assets.

Sandra Sun

In Delta's early days, Sandra Sun was in charge of finance, and was the first public affairs director, working around the plant and various public offices.

In Delta's early days, Mrs. Sandra Sun was in charge of the financial affairs, and she handled related external affairs with great care and without being afraid to seek advice. In the prime of her career, she worked in Delta's plants, county and city tax offices, industrial bureaus, investment audit committees, customs offices, and other public offices. She was the first generation of Delta's public affairs directors, and not only did she get business done properly, but she also established great relationships with the staff.

Sui-Li Chen

During the early days of the company, Sui-Li Chen was already a proven negotiator, handling land sales, plant construction and other operations, and always stood up for the company's interests.

In Delta's early days, Mrs. Sui-Li Chen, in spite of her young age, already had great negotiation skills, such as land sales, plant construction, banking, insurance contracts, construction and education cooperation, etc. She worked closely with Sandra Sun to overcome various difficulties, disruptions, and even outside financial temptations. She has never been defeated in the face of setbacks and has always acted to the benefit of Delta's interests.

Chung-Hsiu Yao

As Delta's first employee of Delta Americas, Chung-Hsiu Yao initially built all internal functions and external affairs except for sales and R&D.

Mrs. Chung-Hsiu Yao joined Delta in 1982 before Delta Americas was formally established. She became the first employee of Delta Americas, establishing all internal functions and external affairs with the exception of sales and R&D. Following multiple stages of training, she is currently the executive senior vice president of Delta Americas, managing HR, Legal Affairs, General Affairs, Logistics and IT departments.

Amy Lin

In the 1980s and 1990s, Amy Lin was the sales leader of Delta's magnetic components, and in the early 1990s, she went to the U.S. to lead sales in the components field.

Mrs. Amy Lin joined Delta in the early 1980s, when the company was still at its early stages, as secretary and business assistant of Bruce Cheng. After learning from Mr. Cheng, she started to work in the business field and managed to integrate smoothly, after which she became the leader of Delta's magnetic components business in the 80s and 90s. In the early 1990s, she went to the U.S. to lead sales in the Americas in the components field.
Mrs. Lin possesses excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills and is willing to share them with others. She has trained many talents In Delta's components business area. In addition, she is strict but considerate to her staff, and outside of work she is a pleasant person who is easy to get along with.

JS Huang

JS Huang led power supply R&D and market development to lay Delta's foundation in server power development.

Mr. JS Huang joined Delta in 1982 and is mainly responsible for power supply R&D and market development. From the earliest Fly-back and Forward, to Half-Bridge, Phase-shifted full bridge, and LLC (*topology term), he has laid the foundation for Delta's server power development, and these products are still a major source of profit to this day. Since 2005, he has been the vice president of Technology for Delta's Power Supply Business Group and has participated in Delta's Innovation Awards for several years, making outstanding contributions to the company's technology in the field of power electronics.

Susan Wang

Susan Wang was involved in the establishment of Delta's first factory in China and trained a large number of outstanding employees, and was affectionately called "Grandma" by her colleagues.

Susan Wang joined Delta in 1974, working at the Liu-Du Industrial Park. In 1992, she went to Dongguan, Guangdong Province, together with Rock Huang and other executives, to establish Delta's first plant in mainland China, the Zhongquan Plant. There, Susan Wang was responsible for quality control. In just two years, she established a comprehensive quality system which allowed the plant to pass ISO9002 quality system certification in 1994. During her time at Delta, she has followed Delta's policy of "Quality, Trust, Excellence" and led her team to receive numerous quality awards from many important customers, making significant contributions to Delta's business growth. At the same time, she has trained a large number of outstanding employees, which earned her the affectionate nickname "Grandma".

Alpha Zhang

Alpha Zhang led the creating of design centers in Shanghai and Hangzhou, establishing Delta's leading position in power electronics R&D.

Dr. Alpha Zhang is currently the director of Delta's Shanghai Design Center. He joined Delta in 1999, and under his leadership, Delta created Delta's Shanghai and Hangzhou design centers in mainland China, establishing Delta's leading position in power electronics R&D in China and the world. In recent years, he has led his team to achieve numerous successes in the fields of 5G infrastructure power supply, supercomputing center power supply, and automotive electronics. He has served as vice chairman of the 6th and 7th Council of China Power Supply Society and is currently the chairman of the 8th Council.

MS Tu

With his expertise in total quality management, MS Tu assists units in reviewing situations and suggesting countermeasures, and also plays a key role in Delta's smart manufacturing.

Mr. MS Tu was the chief consultant of Corporate Wide Quality Improvement of Philips Taiwan, General Manager of D&N Business Consulting, and specializes in Total Quality Management (TQM).
Before joining Delta, Mr. Tu served as Delta's quality control consultant. He joined Delta in 2010 and has served as the top supervisor of quality promotion and operation improvement, assisting each unit in reviewing situations and suggesting countermeasures. His Smart Functions, designed for Delta, play a key role in upgrading smart manufacturing. At present, he continues to lead the Smart Manufacturing team of the Corporate Headquarters to propose more possible directions and technologies for the development of smart manufacturing and helps manufacturing plants to achieve smart manufacturing.
