"Influencing 50, Embracing 50" global series of activities: Delta 50th Anniversary Exhibit Tour at Wuhu
2021.6.28

The "Influencing 50, Embracing 50" global series of activities continues with "Sustainable Conservation, Nurturing Life: Delta 50 Exhibit," which commenced in the lobby of Delta’s Wuhu Plant in June. This is the third stop of the Delta 50 Exhibit, which has the goal of bringing more employees and business partners closer to Delta. We hope that more people understand Delta's development over the past 50 years as well as our vision going forward, and will witness and grow with us.

Established in 2006, the Wuhu Plant is situated in the Wuhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone. It officially began production in April 2007, and is committed to providing manufacturing services of highly energy-efficient products to users across a wide range of fields. Products range from power supply and control components of household, commercial, and industrial electrical equipment, LED lighting, display power supplies, passive components, and hydrogen energy solutions. The Wuhu Plant is a strategic partner to renowned home appliances brands around the world, and an important production base for Delta.

The Delta 50 Exhibit has been enthusiastically supported by employees throughout the Wuhu Plant. More than 20 Delta and Cyntec employees were trained to serve as guides to the exhibit, and explain the concept behind the Delta 50 Exhibit as well as its most interesting designs to their colleagues. To celebrate Delta's 50th anniversary, an "Influencing 50 Embracing 50" Sports Day was also organized at the Wuhu Plant. To enrich employees' lives away from work, exciting events ranged from tug of war, dragon boat on land, to relays were set up, and employees' families were also invited to take part in these fun-filled games. Finally, employees all joined forces and co-created a painting to celebrate Delta's big day.

The design concept of the Delta 50 Exhibit is "Delta Newsroom", in which the Company's achievements throughout the past five decades were detailed in news reports. Eight categories were set up to elaborate the theme of "Environmental Conservation and Welfare". Exhibit contents included Delta's milestones and key figures over the past 50 years, as well as products and solutions created, sustainable developments achieved, and social welfare activities implemented that fulfill the mission "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow". Delta will continue to host the exhibit at operational sites in China, including Beijing, Dongguan, Chenzhou, and Pudong in Shanghai, which is expected to last until the end of 2021. We welcome Delta employees and business partners everywhere to join us to look back on our past and to strive for a better tomorrow as we achieve this monumental 50-year milestone.
