住，是決定現代人生活品質的關鍵因素。台達十餘年來打造超過二十棟綠建築，讓居住成為一種回應環保訴求的最佳入門方式。每棟風格獨具的綠建築，不僅運用先進科技和獨特設計，降低了能源消耗和温室氣體排放量，更與周遭的綠色植栽和自然生態系，共構出一幅友善環境的城市景觀，讓你我每日穿梭的工作和生活空間，更環保也更永續。
Over the past decade, Delta has constructed over 20 green buildings, with advanced technology and unique designs to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. These green buildings also merge with surrounding natural ecosystems to form environmentally friendly cityscapes.
自2006年於台南科學園區建立首座綠建築，台達即承諾未來所有新設廠辦，都必須依循綠建築理念建造，到了2020年，台達已在全球自建及捐建了28棟綠色建築，以及2座綠色資料中心。
多年來，台達綠建築節能績效逐步提升到接近「淨零耗能」，順應每棟建物的環境特色，先以被動式設計降低耗能需求，再將其高效率產品投入其中。不只獨善其身，台達陸續捐建多棟公益綠建築、舉辦太陽能建築設計競賽、策畫大型展覽、發行《跟著台達蓋出綠建築》、還受邀至聯合國氣候會議分享經驗。
Since erecting the first green building in the Tainan Science Park in 2006, Delta has committed to adopting green building concepts in the construction of all future factories. As of 2020, Delta has constructed and donated 28 green buildings worldwide, as well as two green data centers.
運用許多被動式設計及空間規劃巧思，如：加大天井和氣窗強化採光與通風，寬敞、明亮的友善樓梯，創造更高的節能效益。
Multiple passive designs were adopted to enhance building energy efficiency.
又稱「綠色魔法學校」，集結多位跨學科專家巧思，幫都會叢林提高生物多樣性。成功大學也以保留綠地的方式，碳中和該建物每年能耗，成為全國第一棟「零碳建築」。
The building is the gem of interdisciplinary wisdom and Taiwan's first carbon neutral building.
地下有容量14萬加侖的儲水槽，鋪滿屋頂的太陽能板，每年可貢献上百萬度綠色電力，還以獨特的地源熱泵調節室內溫度，省下六成的空調用電需求。
The building regulates indoor temperatures and reduces energy usage with geothermal heat pump.
2009年莫拉克風災重創南台灣，台達基金會協助原鄉異地重建新校園，更將傳統文化結合節能科技，打造兼具學習和避難功能的環境友善空間。 宛如曼陀羅花綻放的木造圖書館，設計概念來自布農族獵寮與卡那卡那富族（Kanakanavu）男子會所，活用山上充沛的日照，結合台達太陽能發電系統及儲能設備，進化為全台第一座達「淨零耗能」的校園建築。
After Typhoon Morakot, the Delta Foundation assisted in rebuilding the campus, which combines indigenous cultures with energy-saving technologies and will become the first net zero energy school with shelter function in Taiwan.
綠建築不只科技,更有溫暖的自然素材。圖書館建材來自當地的台灣柳杉，除幫助「固碳」，也降低運輸過程碳足跡。
The library was constructed with Cryptomeria japonica indigenous to Taiwan and helping reduce the carbon footprint of transportation.
綠建築也呼應原住民的文化内涵，圖書館造型仿自原住民常見的「高腳屋」形式，二樓以竹子做為圍欄裝飾，既是低碳建材，更是卡那卡那富族的文化意象代表。
The library features stilt house and the bamboo railings employ low-carbon materials.
推動環境意識，教育是重要的關鍵，但如何去跟不同需求的人溝通，是很重要的一件事。不見得要去使用北極熊或企鵝滅絕的反面例子，但至少能透過提醒或學習，意識到自己能源的使用量。
